Mr. El-Asmar has extensive experience in capital formation, capital raising strategy, product design, as well as the sourcing and fostering of investor relationships across North America, Europe and Asia. Prior to joining Corsair, Mr. El-Asmar supported Babcock & Brown in managing its infrastructure-focused private equity fund, taking a leading role in the origination and execution of real assets investments in Central and Eastern Europe. Mr. El-Asmar also worked in Investment Banking at HSBC and Deutsche Bank, advising companies on cross-borders acquisitions and public market transactions.

Mr. Cozza has over 30 years of senior operating experience in transportation infrastructure and a proven track record of enhancing asset performance metrics in multiple industry sub-sectors. Most recently, as CEO and Executive Director of the North Carolina State Ports Authority, he was responsible for the successful implementation of a major operational turnaround and capital improvement plan that significantly increased market penetration and profitability.

Mr. Cozza previously served as the President of The CSL Group, a marine logistics company and the world’s largest owner and operator of self-unloading vessels. Prior to The CSL Group, he also served in several executive roles for A.P. Moller-Maersk, including Senior Vice President for Maersk Line, Limited and Vice President for Network Planning. In addition to his experience with the world’s largest container line, Mr. Cozza has more than a decade of experience with Sea-Land Service, Inc. and CSX Corporation, a leading supplier of rail-based freight transportation in North America. He was the Vice President for Terminal Operations and General Manager, Europe with Sea-Land as well as the Marketing Director, Asia and Americas Container Services.

Mr. Cozza is currently a Board Director for the N.C. USO organization and has served as a director for various not-for-profit boards in several capacities. He is also an adjunct faculty professor in Supply Chain Management for the University of North Carolina system.

He holds a B.S. from United States Military Academy at West Point. Mr. Cozza served in the Army at a very early age as the commander of an Air Cavalry Helicopter Unit. He earned an MBA from Fairleigh Dickinson University and completed the Executive Management Program at the University of Michigan.

Since joining the Spanish ministry team that negotiated the accession of Spain to the European Communities (1978-1980), he has been a staunch supporter of the European project. He is former Chairman of the US-Spain Council Foundation, is an expert in bilateral relations between those countries.

Mr. DeCosta is a nationally recognized aviation industry leader and has more than 40 years of experience including 12 years as General Manager of Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport (ATL) and nearly five years as the General Manager of Newark International Airport (EWR). Mr. DeCosta currently serves as the principal of DeCosta Consulting, LLC, a consulting firm serving the aviation industry.

Mr. DeCosta previously served on the boards of directors of two of the world’s leading aviation organizations, Airports Council International (ACI-NA & ACI-World) and the American Association of Airport Executives (AAAE). He earned the Accredited Airport Executive designation from AAAE. Mr. DeCosta recently served as Vice Chair of ACI-NA’s World Business Partners Board and Vice Chair of the board of the Airports Consultants Council (ACC). He is currently a member of the steering committee of AAAE’s Corporate Committee. Mr. Houlden is an experienced CFO, with deep global experience and expertise in the water, telecommunications, chemicals, and legal services sectors. Working closely with his CEOs, he was instrumental in the turnarounds of Telecom New Zealand (one of the largest listed companies in New Zealand) in 2008-10 and of United Utilities (the largest listed water company in the United Kingdom) in 2010-20. Both of these turnarounds involved driving substantial improvements in operational, financial, and regulatory performance. As a CFO, he built a reputation for transforming businesses and for sustainability, winning several prestigious international awards. He also has a track record of excellence in reporting, transparency, and clarity of communications with investors.

As a NED, Mr. Houlden contributed to the turnarounds of Orange Polska (the largest listed telecommunications company in Poland) and Babcock International (a listed U.K.-based international engineering group operating in the defence sector). In addition, as Audit Committee Chair of both companies, he drove radical improvements in their financial and corporate reporting.

Mr. Houlden has considerable experience in dealing with regulators and government agencies, partly through his CFO and NED roles and partly through his work in 2013-20 as Chairman of the Financial Reporting Committee of the 100 Group which represents the views of the Finance Directors of the U.K.’s largest 100 companies to the IASB, ESMA, governments, regulators, and investor bodies.

Most recently, Mr. Porcari was Port Envoy to the Biden-Harris Administration Supply Chain Disruptions Task Force as well as President of US Advisory Services for WSP, a global professional services, planning, engineering, and construction services firm. He also served as Interim Executive Director of the Gateway Program Development Corporation, the entity charged with designing, financing, and constructing the Gateway program of projects in the New York-New Jersey metropolitan area.

Prior to being nominated by President Obama and unanimously confirmed by the Senate as Deputy Secretary of Transportation, Mr. Porcari twice served as Secretary of the Maryland Department of Transportation, leading the only state-level transportation department that includes statewide transit, aviation, port, highway, rail, bridge and tunnel authority, and motor vehicle licensing modes. Mr. Porcari also served as CFO and COO of the University of Maryland, as well as a variety of economic development positions at the local and state government levels.
