Mr. Doscas is a Senior Associate of Investcorp Corsair. He joined Corsair in 2022 and is based in New York.

Prior to joining Corsair, Mr. Doscas was an Investment Banking Associate at DNB Markets, where he worked on shipping and global infrastructure M&A transactions. Prior to DNB, Mr. Doscas was with Gener8 Maritime, a crude oil shipping company, in corporate finance and investor relations.

Mr. Doscas holds a B.S. in Business and Enterprise Management from Wake Forest University.

Mr. El-Asmar is Managing Director for Business Development and Product Solutions at Investcorp Corsair. He joined Corsair’s London office in 2009 and relocated to New York in 2016.

Mr. El-Asmar has extensive experience in capital formation, capital raising strategy, product design, as well as the sourcing and fostering of investor relationships across North America, Europe and Asia. Prior to joining Corsair, Mr. El-Asmar supported Babcock & Brown in managing its infrastructure-focused private equity fund, taking a leading role in the origination and execution of real assets investments in Central and Eastern Europe. Mr. El-Asmar also worked in Investment Banking at HSBC and Deutsche Bank, advising companies on cross-borders acquisitions and public market transactions.

Mr. El-Asmar holds a B.A. in Economics from the American University of Beirut and a MSc in Economics from the London School of Economics with High Distinction.

Mr. Cozza is Managing Director for Portfolio Operations at Investcorp Corsair. He joined Corsair in 2021 and is based in North Carolina. Mr. Cozza is a board member or observer of Investcorp Corsair companies DP World Australia and Vantage Airport Group.

Mr. Cozza has over 30 years of senior operating experience in transportation infrastructure and a proven track record of enhancing asset performance metrics in multiple industry sub-sectors. Most recently, as CEO and Executive Director of the North Carolina State Ports Authority, he was responsible for the successful implementation of a major operational turnaround and capital improvement plan that significantly increased market penetration and profitability.

Mr. Cozza previously served as the President of The CSL Group, a marine logistics company and the world’s largest owner and operator of self-unloading vessels. Prior to The CSL Group, he also served in several executive roles for A.P. Moller-Maersk, including Senior Vice President for Maersk Line, Limited and Vice President for Network Planning. In addition to his experience with the world’s largest container line, Mr. Cozza has more than a decade of experience with Sea-Land Service, Inc. and CSX Corporation, a leading supplier of rail-based freight transportation in North America. He was the Vice President for Terminal Operations and General Manager, Europe with Sea-Land as well as the Marketing Director, Asia and Americas Container Services.

Mr. Cozza is currently a Board Director for the N.C. USO organization and has served as a director for various not-for-profit boards in several capacities. He is also an adjunct faculty professor in Supply Chain Management for the University of North Carolina system.

He holds a B.S. from United States Military Academy at West Point. Mr. Cozza served in the Army at a very early age as the commander of an Air Cavalry Helicopter Unit. He earned an MBA from Fairleigh Dickinson University and completed the Executive Management Program at the University of Michigan.

Mr. Lorkin is a Managing Director of Investcorp Corsair. He joined Corsair in 2015 and is based in Sydney. He is a board member of Investcorp Corsair company DP World Australia.

Prior to joining Corsair, Mr. Lorkin served as a Managing Director of Citi for 15 years, which included eight years in London. While at Citi he held a number of roles across Mergers & Acquisitions, Debt Capital Markets, Acquisition Finance, and Private Equity.

Mr. Lorkin holds a BCom with honors from The University of Melbourne, where he graduated with a first class distinction.

Mr. Herrera is a Principal of Investcorp Corsair. He joined Corsair in 2015 and is based in Madrid.

Prior to joining Corsair, Mr. Herrera served as an investment professional with Citi Infrastructure Investors. Previously, he was Managing Director of Financial Planning and Analysis at Itínere Infraestructuras, where he worked on a variety of transactions across multiple geographies in the infrastructure sector, including mergers and acquisitions and financing activities. He has also served as a professor in postgraduate courses and speaker in various forums.

Mr. Herrera holds a B.A. in Business Administration from Universidad Complutense de Madrid and an M.B.A. from UPCO-ICADE and Master in Finance from EOI.

Ms. Praschnik is a Managing Director of Investcorp Corsair. She joined Corsair in 2015 and is based in New York. She serves as a board member of Investcorp Corsair company Vantage Airport Group.

Prior to joining Corsair, Ms. Praschnik served as an investment professional in Citi’s Alternative Investments division, where she worked on a $3.4 billion infrastructure fund raise for Citi Infrastructure Partners and a variety of transactions in the transportation sector. Prior to that, Ms. Praschnik was with MBIA, working in its Global Infrastructure Finance Group and its International Division, where she held positions in France, the U.K. and the U.S. focusing on global project finance, structured finance and public finance.

Ms. Praschnik holds a B.A. in Economics from Manhattanville College.

Mr. Rajan is the Managing Partner of Investcorp Corsair and serves as Chairman of the Investment Committee. He joined Corsair in 1999 and is based in New York. Mr. Rajan is a board member of Investcorp Corsair companies DP World Australia, Itínere Infraestructuras, Kelda Holdings, JFK Millenium Partners, and Vantage Airport Group. He serves as Lead Director of both DP World Australia and Vantage Airport Group, and is also a board member of Kyobo Life Insurance Company.

Prior to the establishment of Investcorp Corsair, Mr. Rajan served as the Head of its predecessor Corsair Infrastructure, and was intimately involved in all aspects of the creation and growth of that business. From 1999 to 2001, concurrent with his responsibilities at Corsair, Mr. Rajan was a member of the Emerging Markets Financial Institutions Group at J.P. Morgan Chase & Co., where he participated in a number of transactions involving financial services companies across multiple geographies.

Mr. Rajan holds a B.A. in Economics and Applied Mathematics from Yale University and an M.B.A. with honors from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Juan María Nin Génova is an Operating Partner of Investcorp Corsair based in Madrid. He serves as Chairman of Investcorp Corsair company Itínere Infraestructuras.

A former CEO of La Caixa and Banco Sabadell and General Manager of Banco Santander, Mr. Nin has also been a board member of Cepsa, Repsol, and Gas Natural. He is currently a board member of Société Générale and Azora, Chairman of Habitat, and advisor of Mutualidad de la Abogacía. Mr. Nin is a member of Deusto University and Esade Business Schools Counsels, and the executive committee of Círculo de Empresarios.

He was an architect of some of the most important bank merger processes in Spain. During the restructuring of the Spanish financial system, he led several mergers and acquisitions as well as the complex transformation of a savings bank into one of the leading financial institutions in the country’s banking industry.

Since joining the Spanish ministry team that negotiated the accession of Spain to the European Communities (1978-1980), he has been a staunch supporter of the European project. He is former Chairman of the US-Spain Council Foundation, is an expert in bilateral relations between those countries.

Mr. Nin was born in Barcelona, Spain. He graduated as Abogado-Economista from the University of Deusto and obtained a Master in Laws from the London School of Economics and Political Sciences.

Mr. DeCosta is an Operating Partner of Investcorp Corsair based in Atlanta. He is a board member of Investcorp Corsair company Vantage Airport Group.

Mr. DeCosta is a nationally recognized aviation industry leader and has more than 40 years of experience including 12 years as General Manager of Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport (ATL) and nearly five years as the General Manager of Newark International Airport (EWR). Mr. DeCosta currently serves as the principal of DeCosta Consulting, LLC, a consulting firm serving the aviation industry.

Mr. DeCosta previously served on the boards of directors of two of the world’s leading aviation organizations, Airports Council International (ACI-NA & ACI-World) and the American Association of Airport Executives (AAAE). He earned the Accredited Airport Executive designation from AAAE. Mr. DeCosta recently served as Vice Chair of ACI-NA’s World Business Partners Board and Vice Chair of the board of the Airports Consultants Council (ACC). He is currently a member of the steering committee of AAAE’s Corporate Committee. Mr. DeCosta also serves on several aviation-focused corporate boards including Investcorp Corsair platform company Vantage Airport Group.

Mr. DeCosta holds a B.A. in Physics from Queens College and earned his J.D. from New York Law School. He served as an attorney and human resources manager for the Port Authority of NY and NJ as well as Chief of Staff in the New York City Human Resources Administration. Mr. DeCosta also attended Harvard’s Kennedy School program for state and local officials.

Mr. Houlden is an Operating Partner of Investcorp Corsair based in the United Kingdom. He is a board member of Investcorp Corsair company Kelda Holdings and its operating subsidiary, Yorkshire Water.

Mr. Houlden is an experienced CFO, with deep global experience and expertise in the water, telecommunications, chemicals, and legal services sectors. Working closely with his CEOs, he was instrumental in the turnarounds of Telecom New Zealand (one of the largest listed companies in New Zealand) in 2008-10 and of United Utilities (the largest listed water company in the United Kingdom) in 2010-20. Both of these turnarounds involved driving substantial improvements in operational, financial, and regulatory performance. As a CFO, he built a reputation for transforming businesses and for sustainability, winning several prestigious international awards. He also has a track record of excellence in reporting, transparency, and clarity of communications with investors.

As a NED, Mr. Houlden contributed to the turnarounds of Orange Polska (the largest listed telecommunications company in Poland) and Babcock International (a listed U.K.-based international engineering group operating in the defence sector). In addition, as Audit Committee Chair of both companies, he drove radical improvements in their financial and corporate reporting.

Mr. Houlden has considerable experience in dealing with regulators and government agencies, partly through his CFO and NED roles and partly through his work in 2013-20 as Chairman of the Financial Reporting Committee of the 100 Group which represents the views of the Finance Directors of the U.K.’s largest 100 companies to the IASB, ESMA, governments, regulators, and investor bodies.

Mr. Porcari is a Managing Director for Public Policy and Partnerships of Investcorp Corsair based in Washington D.C. He is a board member of Investcorp Corsair company Vantage Airport Group.

Mr. Porcari previously served for four and a half years as Deputy Secretary of the United States Department of Transportation. As Deputy Secretary, he was the department’s Chief Operating Officer, with day-to-day responsibility for 10 operating administrations, 55,000 employees worldwide, and a $70 billion operating budget.

Most recently, Mr. Porcari was Port Envoy to the Biden-Harris Administration Supply Chain Disruptions Task Force as well as President of US Advisory Services for WSP, a global professional services, planning, engineering, and construction services firm. He also served as Interim Executive Director of the Gateway Program Development Corporation, the entity charged with designing, financing, and constructing the Gateway program of projects in the New York-New Jersey metropolitan area.

Prior to being nominated by President Obama and unanimously confirmed by the Senate as Deputy Secretary of Transportation, Mr. Porcari twice served as Secretary of the Maryland Department of Transportation, leading the only state-level transportation department that includes statewide transit, aviation, port, highway, rail, bridge and tunnel authority, and motor vehicle licensing modes. Mr. Porcari also served as CFO and COO of the University of Maryland, as well as a variety of economic development positions at the local and state government levels.
